Lisa Group was founded in 2015 following the acquisition of the Shipyard of Pesaro by a group of investors.
The new shipyard, established on the pre-existing site, was named Cantiere Rossini and specialises in themaintenance and refittng of large boats.

The company is deeply committed to workmanship quality and customer satisfaction; thus, it meticulously selects and oversees both internal personnel and appropriately qualified external companies. The main objectives of the shipyard are:

  1. A high level of customer satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations, ensuring compliance with service standards established by local, national, and international regulations, full conformity of services and products to specifications and quality standards, assistance for the correct and safe use
    of products, and full compliance with agreements with customers;
  2. Attention to environmental protection, including prevention of soil and sea pollution, provision of additional services (e.g., black water disposal services, separate waste collection) to customers/contractors, and identification of new processing procedures aimed at waste reduction, electricity consumption reduction, and overall reduction of carbon footprint. For instance, all electricity used comes from certified renewable sources, and offices and sheds are heated using heat pumps.
  3. Continuous professional growth and empowerment of human resources, who are constantly and consciously involved in pursuing objectives and improving the quality of services provided;
  4. Evaluation of suppliers and external companies based on the quality of their products and services and compliance with contractual agreements;
  5. Compliance with mandatory regulations regarding workplace safety and environmental matters;
  6. Special attention to technological innovation in onboard systems and equipment of vessels (electrical, thermal, audio-video, safety systems, etc.);
  7. Provision of complementary services in the shipyard aimed at yacht crews during refittng or maintenance works (e.g., gym, car rental, etc.).

The Management periodically reviews the Quality and Environmental Policy, and annually establishes its objectives through Management Review.
